Joshua GreeneJoshua Greene started his photography career by apprenticing his father Milton H. Greene. Though trained in beauty and fashion, Joshua followed his heart photographing people, home furnishings and food. In 1993 Joshua created The Archives, which is a company dedicated to the restoration, preservation and printing of fine art photography using today’s newest technology. He has completely embraced the Macintosh operating system, Photoshop and all related software for color management, scanning and digital imaging. The Archives currently works with the collections of Milton H. Greene, David Sutton, Art Kane, the Library of Congress, Nascar, and painters: Joe Eula and Bruni, who‘s created the Jazz Master Series. Hewlett Packard and Hahnemühle paper company have co-sponsored The Archives in various exhibitions all over the world. Currently Joshua is testing 3rd party canvases and alternative 100% rag media as well as the newest Hewlett Packard printers. In addition to negotiating licensing usages of the artist’s work they represent, the Archives specializes in conceiving public and private venues, finding appropriate sponsorship and making archival and digital reproductions available for viewing or purchase to the public. |
