| Matthew FeltonAs Architect in the Rich Media Group within Microsoft’s Business Platforms and Strategy division, Matthew is responsible for identifying technology problems as it relates to the digital imaging needs of professional photographers across the Microsoft Technologies. Matthew is a 12-year Microsoft veteran (with 22 years in software), that led the Windows Imaging and Printing development. He led the compatibility team on MS OS/2 2.0 and was a development manager on all the Windows NT releases form its first release through Windows 2000. Matthew left Microsoft in 1999 to pursue personal interests and returned to his current role in 2003. Originally from England, Matthew worked on operating systems development for ICL (the UK’s largest mini computer and Mainframe Company) and holds a CS degree from Brunel University, Uxbridge. Matthew is an active photographer producing fine art prints for the last 20 years, initially Cibachromes and switched to a Digital SLRs early in 1999. He has exhibited in many juried international photography exhibitions and has won numerous awards. Matthew is also an accomplished pianist, flutist and composer.
