Raymond Cheydleur
Introduction:
Ray has worked in both large and small custom color and b&w photo labs. He ran a successful advertising/commercial photo studio in Chicago for 15 years and acted as a consultant on digital prepress processes. Before joining X-Rite, Ray ran an all-digital test facility for Eastman Kodak that acted as the wholesale fulfillment lab for consumer level digital imaging output.
Major Responsibilities
Customer support for Digital Imaging, Graphic Arts and Photo products.
OEM Developer support for integration of X-Rite products
Interface with hardware and software engineering teams.
Affiliations
Ray participates on various industry forums and is a frequent speaker at events held by the NAA, GATF, and PMA and at various university seminars. Ray is a participating member of ANSI/CGATS 4 and Vice Chairman of ANSI/CGATS 5.
Educational Background
Ray holds a BS in Professional Photography from Rochester Institute of Technology. He has also taken numerous postgraduate classes in computer programming and color theory and color production.
